Terms of Sale
- All purchases are for personal use only. Redistribution or commercial use of any of our products is prohibited.
- All prices are listed in USD. Any purchases and associated shipping will be charged in USD.
- All listings for deliverable goods (both physical and digital) are to pre-order only until further notice. Following pre-order sales, all orders will be fullfilled and dispached and leftover physical items will be available for sale while suplies last. Please follow us on Tumblr and/or Instagram for updates on production progress.
- Due to limited stock, all physical sales (once shipped) and all digital sales (once delivered) are final. Refunds and order cancellations may only be granted before the shipping label for your order has been created, after which time refunds and cancellations are not permitted. You will be notified by email when the label for your order has been created and your order dispached.
Terms of Shipping
- Items will be shipped from the USA.
- We are unable to ship to locations undergoing USPS service suspensions. Orders including physical items to any of these locations will be cancelled and refunded.
- All shipping options are tracked. You will recieve an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
- Digital items will be distributed to the email address used to make your purchase. Please ensure that your email is entered correctly, as this will be our primary method of communication with you regarding your order.
- Please ensure that, when buying a physical item, your name and address are entered correctly. Buyers outside the USA must enter their full legal name for customs purposes. Failure to do so may result in delays, fees, and/or the shipment returned to sender. The True Colors team is not liable for replacing orders that are incorrect or undelivered due to buyer or postal service errors. If your order is lost or damaged during transit, we will not accept returns or grant refunds.
- Buyers will be responsible for paying any customs, VAT, import charges, or other fees incurred by their purchase.
